Wim Vanlessen

ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

Wim Vanlessen is a celebrated principal ballet dancer with a career spanning twenty-five years. Knighted Chevalier in the order of Leopold in recognition of his extraordinary contribution to the cultural arts in Belgium, he has been an international ambassador for dance representing the Royal Ballet Flanders—on and off the stage.

In this exciting second edition of Time To Dance, Wim Vanlessen returns to curate a spectacular international ballet and dance gala, promising to ignite the passion for dance that will captivate audiences of all ages.

SOLID GROUND vzw

This exceptional 2nd edition will mark the first recipient of the Dansersfonds Foundation scholarship. Danserfonds is a platform created to identify a recipient as a result of the sponsorship of the Time To Dance Gala performance. The gala serves as a vital source of income for this noble cause. The Dansersfonds mission is twofold: to empower talented dancers to develop their careers by providing them with sponsorship opportunities. Additionally, the Dansersfonds exists to identify and actively support emerging talent through mentoring programs and specialized training.
